In 2023, we were commissioned to develop an activation for Tito’s Handmade Vodka at the Safeway Celebrity Invitational Golf Tournament. Our goal was to create a cocktail that paid homage to golf while adding our own unique twist. Given that cherries were in season—one of the highlights of summer in the Pacific Northwest—we decided to reinvent the traditional Transfusion Cocktail, a favorite at golf clubs nationwide. Thus, we crafted the Northwest Transfusion.

Northwest Transfusion Cocktail

  • Fill a pint glass with ice and build in the glass.

  • 3 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka

  • 1.5 oz Cherry Juice

  • .25 oz fresh lime juice

  • Top with a good ginger ale.

  • Stir

  • Garnish with a fresh cherry and lime wheel
